Update from King's Castle

On October 31, we celebrated 16 years of what we call Marathon Pentecost, which consists of 24/7/365 prayer chain, and the very epicenter of the Children of the Spirit Revival in El Salvador.

National Evangelism weekend was October 31- November 2, where we mobilized the 1,875 Assemblies of God churches in El Salvador to each visit 500 homes, and together, we actually visited over 1,000,000 homes, giving each family a Gospel Tract provided by Every Home for Christ.  By putting a tract in the home, we can reach the whole family who come together under that roof. It is very easy to follow up on those who openly respond to the Gospel or experience a miracle. Every one of our King’s Castle Teams took to the streets that weekend to see how many people we could reach in the parks, on public buses, on the major highways, in communities and wherever they could mobilize to do outreach.

As we hosted the 92 AIM/MAPS Teams during the year, most visitors believed that June and July are our busiest months of the year because we are all running to and fro to explain the Gospel to Everyone.

However, November & December are actually the busiest months of the year for us with all kinds of ministry going on exponentially every single day. Just to give you an idea, we work with about 300 King’s Castle Teams in El Salvador (with 7,500 children’s-workers) so when we all go out to do outreach on any given weekend, we reach 300,000+ children.  Since everyone is off school, there is a huge amount of outreach taking place every week, so we have the potential of literally reaching millions of children (during these 3 months of Vacation from Schools) as our KC Teams do Outreach and Discipleship.

PK Retreats, where we have a 25-year tradition of celebrating Christmas for the children by giving them a nice Christmas Gift which they receive during their annual PK Retreat.

Schools of Warriors, training literally hundreds of young men and women the Disciplines of a Warrior so that they will be effective in ministry.

January is chalked full with General Councils in El Salvador and Nicaragua with Children’s Activities going full swing.  PK Retreats in Nicaragua with some 1,000 Pastor’s Kids between the ages of 3 and 21.  We are currently recruiting 500 Warriors from El Salvador to respond to SOS Honduras appeal for a King’s Castle World Invasion.  Several other countries are recruiting King’s Castle Warriors to join us in Honduras. We intend to go to San Pedro Sula to literally invade the darkness with the power of the Gospel.  We call this “Strategic Target Evangelism” because we invade military style with large numbers of street emboldened children’s workers in an effort to give a presentation of the Gospel to an entire city, or a small country in 10 days of outreach.

We literally have thousands of outreaches scheduled during our busiest months of the year, and we go day and night as we work to transform Central America for our Christ Jesus, through the power of the Holy Spirit.  We are Great Commission Christians fulfilling the “Mission of God” who sent his Son, who sent US, to preach the Gospel to the Entire World until he returns to take us home to his Castle in the Sky.

While all this activity is happening, every dollar is stretched as far as it can possibly be stretched to meet the financial challenges we experience during this time of the year.  We must find a Christmas Financial Miracle in order to pay all of the Christmas Activities and Year End Salaries. (In El Salvador, we are obligated by the government to pay 2 1Ž2 months salary for each employee in December.)

If Jesus comes back to Rapture the Church tomorrow, or any other day next week, or next month or next year, He will encounter us busily working to accomplish the “Great Commission.” We fully intend to have him find us working when He arrives to take the latest batch of souls along with those who have been waiting much longer for his return. A couple of months ago we visited William Borden’s grave in Cairo, Egypt, and were challenged once again by his bold example of being sold out for Jesus.  We have no reserves, we won’t retreat in the face of danger, and we know that when Jesus comes, we will have no regrets.

Our children, youth, staff, church and National Church are helping us pray for a HUGE CHRISTMAS MIRACLE.  God has put peace in our hearts as we wait for him to speak to the hearts of our King’s Castle Partners. He has promised to speak to you on our behalf ans to the hearts of his people.

Happy Holidays,

Don & Terri Triplett

Update November 14

Parents:

1. We have reached the "POINT OF NO RETURN" - everyone is responsible to purchase a plane ticket to help cover costs.

2. Passport - have you started the process? you need to start here

3. Holiday House is coming up - email will be coming within the week from Mrs. Jackson. Don't miss out on this fundraiser.

VERY IMPORTANT: we will not know how much money you made until AFTER Christmas break on the Holiday House. Once everyone is back in the office after the break, all money and expenses will be turned in, then we can then find out how much money was made and how many students worked so we can divide the net profit.

4. Pray for a life-changing trip!

5. Next deadline is having $600 in your account by January 9th.

Thank you!

Coming Up Next

Acts 4:20 - "For we cannot help speaking about what we have seen and heard"

We are very proud of our eighth graders and the time that we had in El Salvador. I hope they are gradually telling you about their experiences. Here's what we have coming up:

March 25: They give their testimonies about the trip in middle school chapel (they can wear their missions t-shirt - flame- to school with jeans or dress code bottoms)

March 26: we will be doing elementary chapel (they can wear their missions t-shirt to school with jeans or dress code bottoms)

April 1: they will be returning to the preschool or elementary classroom that prayed for them
(they can wear their missions t-shirt to school with jeans or dress code bottoms)

April 11: Missions Night for all parents, friends, 7th grade students and parents to attend that will have dramas, dances, and video clips.

I am working on a two hour highlight video that we will sell to start fundraising for next year. We'll have those for sale the night of 4/11

Five Services Today!

We had a great day in all the schools we visited! It was interesting to see the conditions that exist. I know that we put smilies on faces, many came to salvation and the team was blessed also.

We Are Blessed

We were blessed by a program in the dirtiest of areas in El Salvador and in a church in that neighborhood as well! God provided children and adults and we prayed over many lives. The drama that Mrs. Mitchell prepared for the trip has been a hit - she and the students did a great job today in the two services. Ethan and Lynzi also did their testimonies in the services. We have had many great compliments on your kids - thank you Lord. One more day of ministry tomorrow in the streets before the ministry prepares to head home Wednesday. Keep praying!
