2013 Missions Trip Important Dates

March 1	Total of $1100 due in your account
March 2-3	Missions team prayed for Saturday night at 6:00 pm/ Sunday at 9:30 and 11:00 service – attend ALL services
March 5	8th grade students: 8:30 am going to their assigned elementary class to talk about their trip Leaders only: Meeting of all leaders going on the trip 7:00 pm with dinner provided Location: Swiersz family home 16940 Colony Lakes Boulevard Fort Myers
March 8	“ALL TEAM MEETING” – all adults and students going on the trip – MANDATORY, 6:30 PM to 10:00 pm/ KIDZTOWN Chapel, Dinner will be provided
March 21-27	Missions trip 2013!! March 21st, meet at school at 6:00 am Bus ride to Miami/fly to San Salvador
April 2	8th grade students: 8:30 am going to their assigned elementary class to report on their trip Testimonies in middle school chapel
April 3	Elementary Chapel for grades PK-5th 8:45 am
April 12	Missions Night Program for family and friends 7:00 pm, Kidztown Chapel

Just a reminder to parents and students:

Your attendance for the First Assembly services the weekend of March 2 & 3 are mandatory. The team will be prayed over during those services. Students should come "dressed up" for church.

In more detail:

Saturday night, arrive by 5:45 seated up front with Mr. Mitchell. At a certain point in the service, we will be asked to come forward for prayer. Once we are dismissed from the stage, students and families can quietly slip out to leave.

Sunday morning, arrive by 9:15 to sit up front with Mr. Mitchell. At a certain point in the service, we will be asked to come forward for prayer. Once we are dismissed from the stage we will go back to our seats and stay for the first service.

For the 11:00 service, we will stay in our seats up front, at a certain point in the service, we will be asked to come forward for prayer. Once we are dismissed from the stage, students and families can quietly slip out to leave.

THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT TIME FOR THE TEAM AND FOR OUR CHURCH AND SCHOOL. Thanks for your support in this area.
